- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - On the day of check-in, we will provide you with the password for the common entrance and the door lock. - Additional charges may apply for damages caused by contamination. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - The basic occupancy is 2 people. For additional guests, there is a charge of 20,000 KRW per person and an additional 20,000 KRW for bedding. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. It has been cleaned so you can use it right away.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested, and the additional management fees may be deducted from the rental deposit.
