We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for rest and work. There are shared washing machines (4 in total), hot and cold water purifiers (2), and microwave ovens (2) located in two places. This area is close to Seoul National University. Overall, it is quiet, and there are trekking courses on Gwanaksan Mountain and a jogging course along a small stream if you go out to the main road. There are many delicious restaurants, and they are generally inexpensive.

Garbage can be disposed of in the separate collection area in the garage on the first basement floor of the building. For general waste, please purchase a standard garbage bag at a convenience store and dispose of it. For recyclable waste (e.g., plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, paper), please dispose of them in their respective locations. Food waste should be placed in a food waste bag and disposed of in the food waste bin outside the building.
There are no costs other than the management fee. If there is any damage to the room upon check-out that was not present upon check-in, you will be charged. Upon check-out, all trash and personal belongings must be removed from the room. For large trash or waste, you must contact a disposal company directly to have it removed. Violations of the above will result in charges.
Overall Rating ●●●●○ (Based on a 20-something university student or young professional) - Had a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate of 100,000 KRW per week (including room and maintenance fees). 1. Condition ●●●●○ - No bugs or cockroaches. There is a small gap between the window screen and the window frame; sealing it with tape prevents bugs from entering. - Shows some signs of age (wallpaper, window frames, bathroom), but there were no issues with usability. - Thick walls minimize noise. While sound travels between the hallway and the room, you don't hear noise from other rooms through the hallway. - No issues with water pressure. The toilet sometimes didn't flush everything down completely in one go, but it never clogged. - The bathroom sink has no bottom drainpipe; water falls onto the bathroom floor and drains through the main floor drain. - Amenities: 3 shared washing machines, microwave, and water purifier. Used them without any issues. The rooftop was accessible for drying laundry, which was very convenient. 2. Location ●●●●○ - About a 10-minute walk to Seoul National University Venture Capital Station. - Being slightly removed from commercial areas meant less noise and a better living environment. - GS convenience store, a market, and a coin laundry are all within a 1-minute walk. - Although it is a north-facing room, there is ample distance from the building in front. Since the building in front is shorter (from the 4th-floor perspective), the room gets good natural light and offers an open, pleasant view. 3. Landlord ●●●●● - Kind and responsive to messages. - I appreciated their proactive approach to resolving any inconveniences.
There are quite a few downsides, but the price is low. It might be a bit bothersome for a long stay, but it’s not bad for a short one. That said, the host is quick to address any issues.
I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay in excellent conditions! I highly recommend this place to SNU students staying near campus during the break.
