- Move-in is self-service. - Once the contract is confirmed, you will be notified by message about the password for move-in.

A compensation fee (200,000 KRW) will be charged for indoor smoking. - Shoes are not allowed indoors. An additional cleaning fee (50,000 KRW) will be charged for entering the room with shoes on. - Please wash and dry used tableware. - Please separate and dispose of trash.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
