It's the perfect place for ~ ♡healing♡ ~ that won't be boring even if you start with a week-long stay and continue with a month-long stay.
7-minute walk from Gwangalli Station Take bus 41 in front of Busan Station Plaza, get off at Dongbang 5-way Intersection Station, and walk 5 minutes towards the sea ~~ 5-minute walk from Millak Market Waterfront Park~~
Check-in is contactless. A message with check-in instructions will be sent upon reservation confirmation. Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 11 AM The password for the common entrance and your room will be sent via message on the day of check-in. To maintain a pleasant environment, cooking meat and fish is prohibited. Absolutely no smoking inside the accommodation (including restrooms). No pets allowed (if smoking or pets are detected, additional cleaning fees and damages will be charged, professional service 250,000-300,000 KRW). No parties or events.
The shower supplies shown in the picture are for illustrative purposes only. Disposable items are not provided. There is a coin laundry within a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, including a 24-hour pork soup restaurant, Tonshou, All Sunday Bagel, Starbucks, Pascucci, a seafood noodle restaurant with an ocean view, Subway, and Minlak The Market. Haeundae Beach is within a 10-minute drive. Shinsegae Centum and the Busan Cinema Center are within a 5-10 minute drive. Every Saturday, there's a beach drone show~~~During the summer, there's a car-free street ~ Gwangalli Festival that runs all year round~~ @The standard occupancy is 2 people. If additional people check in, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Please be sure to follow this rule~~(If you wish to have an interim visit, an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire) Any damage or loss confirmed upon check-out may be subject to separate compensation after determining responsibility. (Beds, bedding, wallpaper, etc.) If electricity, water, or heating is used excessively, an additional payment may be required upon check-out. Netflix is available for immediate viewing~~Other OTT services are also available on the smart TV~~ Enjoy an unobstructed, refreshing view from the large window~~ The beach is right outside on the first floor.
If you overuse the included items (electricity, water, heating), you may be asked to pay an additional management fee upon check-out. The maximum number of people is 3 (1 additional person out of the maximum of 3 people will be charged 20,000 KRW per day, please contact the host).
The location is right in front of Gwangalli Beach, and you can see the drone show directly from the window! The accommodation was clean, and the host was incredibly kind. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's too hot if you don't close the curtains. If you close the curtains, you can't see the ocean view...ㅜ
