- This is a private, short-term rental detached house for a family (up to 4 people). - The room is decorated in soft pastel tones and has a large window overlooking the garden. It has a king-size bed and an extra mattress, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. - The terrace is decorated with a camping concept, allowing you to experience both camping and a country house. - It is located in a private country house complex with a beautiful view, and you can also have a barbecue in the garden.
- We recommend using your own car. It is convenient to travel if you have a car. - There is a bus route, but there are time intervals.
- Check-in and check-out are contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. - There are many decorative items on the terrace, so it may be difficult for curious toddlers to visit. - Barbecuing is allowed in the garden. Charcoal, grill grates, gloves, and a gas torch are provided for barbecue use. The cost is 20,000 KRW, payable on-site.
- Due to the nature of a country house, it requires maintenance, so the rental period is limited to 1-2 weeks. Additional rental periods must be discussed. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. - Since I also use this place, essential items such as seasonings are provided. - Nearby tourist attractions include Jeondeungsa Temple, Dongmak Beach, Hamheodongcheon, and Mount Mani. There are also the Spanish Village and the Okcheon Space Center. - Compensation for damages will be charged in case of damage or breakage of property. - It is cleaned thoroughly, so it is ready for immediate use upon check-in. - Campfires using firewood are not allowed for safety reasons.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Since it is an LPG gas boiler, the gas bill is high. We would appreciate it if you could use it sparingly. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
