All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. This is set up as a single-person accommodation. Please be sure to inform us if there are additional people. It is set to the minimum management fee, so additional charges will be applied. An additional 50,000 won per week will be charged for each additional person. If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 70,000 won will be requested.
