Please book only if you agree to these terms. - Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you instructions regarding check-in and use of the facilities. 📅 Automatic 5% discount on rent for bookings of 5 weeks or longer. 🚗 Parking Information (No dedicated parking lot) - Roadside in front of the building: No enforcement on weekends/public holidays; enforcement applies weekdays 08:00–20:00. Allowed times: Weekdays 20:00–07:00 (next day) and 11:30–14:00. - Mugeo Seomdeul Public Parking Lot (629-22 Mugeo-dong, approx. 50m from the building): 500 KRW for the first 30 minutes, 200 KRW per 10 minutes thereafter; max 10,000 KRW/day; free on weekends/public holidays. - Ground-floor commercial parking lot: Available 20:00–09:00 (next day) and all day on Sundays (excluding restaurant operating hours). - Please use the public parking lot for vans and cargo trucks.
Nearby facilities include landmarks, tourist attractions, historic sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets. - You will be liable for damages or cleaning costs in the event of property damage or soiling.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Please note that an additional management fee may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
