- It is a 4–5 minute walk (325m) from Exit 4 of National Police Hospital Station (Line 3). - Garak Market Station (an interchange for Lines 8 and 3) is a 7–8 minute walk away. - There is a bus stop right behind the building. - Many of our residents work at Garak Market, Lotte World, Garden 5, the Munjeong Legal Complex, or near Seoul National University of Education Station, Yangjae Station, Express Bus Terminal Station, Suseo Station, and Samsung Medical Center.
- Move-in and orientation are conducted via a contactless process. - An in-person walkthrough of the facilities can be provided if necessary. - Access details, such as the entry code, will be sent via text message two days prior to move-in. - The unit is equipped with a digital door lock, allowing you to change the code to ensure your privacy. - Bedding (duvet and pillows) is provided for the queen-sized bed.
- You have access to the affordable Garak Market and the recently opened Garak Mall (Buildings 1–5), as well as Lotte World nearby. - There are also numerous amenities in the surrounding commercial areas, including Lotte Mart, Garden 5, and the Munjeong Legal Complex. - Additionally, Munjeong-dong Rodeo Street and the National Police Hospital are located nearby. - There are parks in the vicinity that are perfect for taking a walk. - You can reach Tancheon Stream via a dedicated bicycle path in just five minutes, allowing for a pleasant walk all the way to the Han River.
- All utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.) are included. - KT QOOK TV service provided (includes internet, router, and 32-inch LED monitor). - Includes electricity for common areas, fire insurance (excluding the unit interior), and cleaning of common areas. - Towels, toilet paper, detergent, and shampoo are provided; personal items such as soap and toothbrushes are not included.
