I had a good stay. It's a new building, so it's clean and well-maintained. ^^
I needed to stay near Korea University for about a week. There's a direct bus (No. 173) to the Korea University Natural Science Campus, and it takes less than 15 minutes by bike, so commuting was convenient. Seoul Central Market is also nearby, so I bought pig's trotters for a late-night snack, and since it's a market, the price was very cheap. During my stay, I had appointments in Gangnam, Olympic Park, Gongdeok, etc., and all of them were within 30 minutes, so the location was great. I rested well and saw a lot of good sights.
