This is a modern room featuring a clean, white-toned interior. It is a fully furnished two-room unit with a queen-size bed in each room. Equipped with everything you need for daily living—including a TV, induction cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer—you can simply move in with just your personal belongings :) Additionally, the bathroom features a shower booth, allowing you to keep the wet and dry areas separate. This ensures that the toilet area remains dry and comfortable to use even after you shower.
You can access both city buses and local village buses at the bus stop right in front of your home. Sangil-dong Station is just two stops away, making it easy to take the subway. Additionally, a commercial district has developed near Sangil Station, featuring Olive Young, Daiso, Starbucks, various restaurants, and supermarkets, allowing you to shop conveniently without having to travel far.
Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions regarding move-in and usage. We will provide you with an initial password upon move-in, and you must inform us of the password you used upon move-out.
There is a 24-hour convenience store just a one-minute walk from the house, so you can step out and purchase whatever you need at any time, even late at night. Additionally, free parking is available if you have a car.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Please note that additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
