Recently remodeled, it is pretty, clean, and cozy. Amenities, including towels, are provided for convenient use of the shared bathroom and kitchen (except for toothbrushes). Cup noodles, Starbucks coffee, and rice are provided.
Parking is available free of charge. Ajou University and Ajou University Hospital are within walking distance. The bus stop for bus routes that run through the Gwanggyo and Suwon areas is a 2-minute walk from the goshiwon.
Check-in can be done in person or remotely. Check-in instructions will be sent via text message. Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors. Blankets are available for rent for a fee.
Ajou University, Ajou University Hospital, St. Vincent's Hospital, Dongsuwon Hospital, World Cup Stadium, Gwanggyo Techno Valley, and Gwanggyo Center are nearby. It has been cleaned so that you can move in right away. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition after use.
All utility bills are included in the maintenance fee.
It was great.
I really liked that the room had its own air conditioner, fan, and refrigerator. There were no problems with the shared washing machine, dryer, or kitchen, and the bathroom never smelled, so I think someone was cleaning it every day. I only stayed for two weeks this time for an internship, but I think I'll come back if I have another schedule.
