Yeongildae Beach, entertainment venues, and a restaurant district are nearby, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away; it is also very close to convenient facilities such as a convenience store.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
It was great being close to all the amenities. Having a dryer was convenient, and I had a wonderful time at Yeongildae Beach.
It offers great value and is excellent in every other way, but I deducted one star because parking is so inconvenient.
