Since it is a commercial building, you can use it privately and exclusively.
👉 Nearby subway station: Mangwon Station (within a 15-minute walk) There is a village bus stop right in front of the house, so public transportation is convenient. 👉 Parking for one car is available (however, you may need to take turns briefly if a vehicle visiting the 2nd-floor office overlaps).
