It is within a 10-minute walk from KTX Gwangmyeong Station. It is right next to Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital. Patients and their families can stay comfortably on foot. Many buses and village buses are in operation. We believe it will be the best choice for those coming up from the provinces by KTX. A free shuttle bus operates every 20 minutes from Gwangmyeong Station to Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital.

Smoking, pets, and moving in are not allowed (a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking, thank you for your understanding). It is close to KTX Gwangmyeong Station, so those coming from other regions can use it comfortably and quickly move to major areas such as Seoul and Gyeonggi. There are many convenient facilities nearby, such as IKEA, Costco, and Lotte Outlet. The building in front, GIDC, has a CGV and various restaurants. You will be able to enjoy a truly convenient infrastructure. Since it is right next to Gwangmyeong Chung-Ang University Hospital, there are many inquiries and uses from patients, patient families, and hospital staff. Please feel free to use it. - It is recommended as a space for a month-long stay, writing, or studying, as it offers an open view and no privacy infringement. I originally booked the place for five weeks, but I liked it so much that I extended my stay to seven weeks before checking out today. It is a studio apartment that truly has everything—it’s fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need. The kitchen is equipped with clean dishes and cleaning supplies, and the cabinets hold laundry detergent pods; there’s a drying rack and vacuum cleaner, plus essentials like an umbrella, slippers, shampoo, towels, and bedding. In short, you could simply show up with a change of clothes and have everything taken care of. I also loved being able to binge-watch shows on Netflix, Disney+, Watcha, and Tving. With plenty of restaurants, a Tous Les Jours, a Dunkin', pharmacies, and convenience stores right nearby, I truly enjoyed a comfortable seven-week stay. Two of us lived there and didn't experience any major inconveniences! The house was also clean, which was great :) It was very convenient that the landlord responded to my messages quickly 😊
