It is right next to Ulsan Seongnam-dong Youth Street. 2 minutes on foot from Seongnam Plaza bus stop 3km from Donghae Nambu Line Taehwagang Station
- Check-in is contactless. - Standard occupancy is 2 people / 3 people are allowed for families. - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - Detailed instructions will be sent once the reservation is confirmed. - No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), no pets allowed. - Compensation will be claimed for any damage to property (including paintings).
1. The Taehwa River is in front of the house, so it is good for walking/jogging/riding. 2. Seongnam-dong Youth Street is right next door. (Newcore Outlet/Lotte Cinema) 3. Ulsan Museum of Art and Jikwan Bookstore are within walking distance. 4. You can move to the National Garden along the Taehwa River promenade. 5. Ulsan Hospital and Hyundai Department Store are available within a 10-minute drive.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The location is fantastic, and the facilities are excellent, too. Also, the host is incredibly kind!!!
I booked this place for a short-term stay before moving into my new home. I initially booked for one week but ended up staying for three; the host was kind and very responsive to all my questions, and I’d love to stay here again if the need arises.
