1. The Taehwa River is in front of the house, so it is good for walking/jogging/riding. 2. Seongnam-dong Youth Street is right next door. (Newcore Outlet/Lotte Cinema) 3. Ulsan Museum of Art and Jikwan Bookstore are within walking distance. 4. You can move to the National Garden along the Taehwa River promenade. 5. Ulsan Hospital and Hyundai Department Store are available within a 10-minute drive.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

As soon as I entered, I loved how beautiful the house was. ^^ Perhaps because they knew we were staying for a long time, it was well-equipped with daily necessities, and I was grateful for their thoughtful consideration. In particular, the view of the Taehwa River in the morning and evening was so wonderful. The props decorating the room were artistic and attractive. I'll refer to them when I decorate my own house next time. I could also use the gym, and the security guards and management office staff were all friendly, so I had a good time.
