All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. 100,000 won per week (charged when electricity, gas, and water are exceeded 🥰)

The transportation was convenient and it was quiet, so I had a comfortable and restful stay. The host was also quick and kind in their responses. It would be even better if you could pay a little more attention to the cleaning when guests check in.
