This is a fully-equipped ocean view apartment built in 2020. Recommended for families, couples, and filial children. This is Yeongjin Beach, located between Jumunjin Port and Sacheonjin Port. ♡ The beach is within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, or a 1-2 minute drive. It is also a tourist attraction known for the Yeongjin Beach Cafe Street and the filming location of the popular drama 'Goblin'.
By taxi from Jumunjin Terminal: Basic fare ~ +1000 won The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Cooking is allowed, but please refrain from preparing strong-smelling foods, meats, and fish. Pets are not allowed. Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to stay. Violations may result in forced eviction without a refund. We are not responsible for safety accidents or loss of valuables due to customer negligence.
This is a non-face-to-face self-check-in method. It is a 1.5-room space with a standard occupancy of 2 people and a maximum of 3 people. (If the standard number of people is exceeded, an on-site payment of 100,000 won per person per week is required.) As this is for long-term stays, all consumables and supplies are not provided and must be purchased separately. Please inquire~^^ Once the reservation is confirmed, a text message with a list of recommended restaurants and reservation-related information will be sent 3 days before your scheduled check-in.^^
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
