1. Check-in is contactless. You will receive a check-in guide via text message on the morning of your check-in day. 2. This building is a non-smoking area. (A cleaning fee of 150,000 to 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.) 3. If electricity or water is used excessively, an additional fee will be charged upon check-out. (Please turn off the heating/cooling, lights, and water when you go out.) 4. If you move furniture or fixtures, please return them to their original places before the end of your rental period. 5. Please separate general waste and plastic and leave them at the entrance of the parking lot.
A TV was additionally installed upon request, and the interior structure was changed (from December 2013). Compensation costs will be incurred in the event of loss, damage, or contamination of items.
