It is a large, beautiful house with clean, quiet, European-style rooms. Families can stay here. There is one queen bed and three super single beds. It is based on 4 people, but 5 people can sleep. All furniture is fully set up, so you just need to bring yourself. There is ample parking space, and it is a hotel-like house with no stress.
It is about a 7-minute walk from Gwanggyo Central Station. The surrounding area is a cafe street with many restaurants, and Gwanggyo Mountain is right in front. You can also walk to the lake park. The transportation is good, so you can immediately enter the highway, making it easily accessible to Gangnam, Incheon, and other regions.
I will give you the password before check-in. Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. The landlord lives nearby, so if you have any inconveniences, they will be resolved immediately.

All management fees are included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The location and parking were very convenient. The gas stove and washing machine were a bit inconvenient to use. It is a great place for a family of 4 or 5 to stay.
