This is a share house. The price is based on a single person. If there are 2 or more people, the price will be doubled. The room is a private room and the living room and bathroom are shared. We rent clean and quiet resting spaces. - Shinsegae/Sungsimdang/Convention is 10 minutes away.

* Check-in is contactless. - Check-in at 3:00 PM / Check-out at 11:00 AM (negotiable) * Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. * Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. * Pets are cute, but they are not allowed. * Loud noises and parties are prohibited. * This is the host's precious room. Please treat it with care and keep it clean as if it were your own home. * No one other than the registered guest is allowed to enter.
All costs will be charged for any damage or contamination to any items, including wallpaper.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. In the event of excessive charges, you will be re-billed.
It's clean and quiet. There was no dirt on the bathroom or furniture, and the smell of soap throughout the room was nice. It's a bit disappointing that there were foreign substances on the rug and blanket.
The owner doesn't turn on the air conditioner often. They hide the air conditioner remote control... It seems they're worried about the electricity bill. The owner lives in the next room. You can't really do laundry. The room doesn't get much sunlight, so there's a strange smell. Other than that, everything is great!!!!
The service was very unfriendly and the hygiene was poor.
