This is a cost-effective officetel located a 6-minute walk from Sindorim Station. There are no obstructing buildings, so the view, especially the night view, is excellent. - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. - Times can be adjusted if there are no bookings before or after, so please inquire. - It is an officetel, so it is safe, and there is a management office (with a resident security guard) on the 1st floor.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed. - Please refrain from making loud noises or causing noise between floors that may disturb other rooms.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The facility is in a great location. The shower water pressure was a bit disappointing.
Thanks to your thoughtfulness, I had a wonderful stay while away from home. It was even better having so many places to eat and convenient amenities nearby. I hope you always meet wonderful people.
There was mold in the bathroom, clumps of hair in the drain, and even after using a lint roller on the carpet, hair, dust, and chili flakes kept coming up; I had to clean everything myself before I could settle in. I had to wipe down the fridge and furniture, and the microwave was so dirty that I just gave up on it and didn't use it. When I complained about the filth, they just said everyone has different standards and offered a refund—but I needed a place to stay immediately for my practical training, so where was I supposed to go? They didn't offer to clean it again, either; I really don't understand why they charge a cleaning fee. It was nice to be able to move in early, but I ended up spending all my time cleaning. It wasn't exactly cheap, either—it was a terrible experience. I never want to stay here again. You really shouldn't just clean the visible areas and then claim that "standards differ" when there are issues.
