Check-in is contactless. The check-in guide will be sent one day in advance. The space I am renting is suitable for up to 4 people. However, if there are 5 or more people, it may cause inconvenience, and noise may be generated for the surrounding neighbors. As this is a short-term rental, please manage the interior yourself.
Transfer of residence registration is not possible. As this is an apartment, quiet hours are required after 9 PM. Hygiene products are not provided.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
I am always grateful for the landlord's prompt and friendly communication. I had a comfortable stay thanks to the proximity to a hospital, a supermarket right downstairs, and easy access to Dongsu and Bupyeong stations. It is a great, clean home that gets plenty of sunlight.
The interior was clean and well-equipped with furniture and appliances for comfortable living, so I had a good stay. Thank you~~
