This is a share house. The room is a private room. The price is based on a single occupancy. If two or more people stay, double the fee will be charged. The common living room and bathroom are shared. We rent a clean and quiet resting space. - Shinsegae/Sungsimdang/Convention Center are 10 minutes away.

* Check-in is contactless. - Check-in at 3 PM / Check-out at 11 AM (negotiable) * Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. * Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. * Pets are cute, but they are not allowed. * Loud noises and parties are prohibited. * This is the host's precious room. Please treat it with care and keep it clean as if it were your own home. * No one other than the registered guest is allowed to enter.
All costs will be charged for any damage or contamination to any items, including wallpaper.
The management fee is all-inclusive. However, for those who use excessive amounts, all electricity, gas, and water will be re-billed.
