This is a relatively new duplex officetel located near Geomdan New Town in Incheon. It comes fully furnished and equipped, including an induction cooktop, dining table, front-loading washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, desk, vanity, large LED TV, IPTV, Wi-Fi, cable TV connection, sofa, lounge chair, premium memory foam bed, etc. It is fully equipped, so there is no need to purchase additional items for your stay. As this is a rental space, please provide any additional items you may need beyond the basics provided. :)
- Within a 1-minute walk to the metropolitan bus stop at Samjeong Plaza on Wondang-daero - 3 minutes by bus to Incheon Ara Station and Sin-Geomdan Jungang Station Located in the heart of the main commercial district, and less than a minute away from the roadside metropolitan bus stop! Easy access to Seoul Gangnam, Seoul Station, Incheon Airport, etc. Short-term visitors can use the large public parking lot near the nearby No Brand store; overnight parking is also available around the officetel building. ※Monthly parking available for long-term residents.
The move-in process is contactless, and we will send you a text message once the contract is finalized. Various amenities—including hospitals, restaurants, cafes, bars, study cafes, academies, a No Brand store, and government offices—are all within walking distance. As this is a shared residential building, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors, and please refrain from making loud noises. :D Parking is available only for long-term stays (residency of 6 months or longer).
The actual space is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. It features high ceilings and a combined area of approximately 14 pyeong (approx. 46 sqm) across the two floors, offering plenty of room. Equipped with a premium relaxation chair and a high-quality comfort sofa! The surrounding area is very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. You can unwind after work by enjoying a movie with some "chimaek" (chicken and beer) in this quiet setting. A comfortable mattress is provided, though you will need to bring your own bedding. (Please inquire for details.) The second floor comes fully equipped with a desk and a reading lamp! It is an ideal space for studying or working in a quiet atmosphere. (Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a new microwave and electric kettle.) Electricity and gas costs are included in the basic maintenance fee, keeping expenses low. (Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the standard allowance.) A high-capacity LG air purifier is provided for your health and well-being. Female residents can live here with peace of mind thanks to excellent security. (Comprehensive security features include restricted access for outsiders, passcode entry for the main entrance, and CCTV surveillance in elevators and hallways.)
Basic utilities such as electricity, gas, and water are provided. (Based on a monthly allowance of 20,000 KRW) If usage exceeds this allowance, the cost for the excess amount will be settled separately after check-out. The cleaning fee is collected upfront, but it will be refunded if the unit is left clean upon check-out. We will refund 20,000 KRW of the cleaning fee; please note that no refund will be issued if the unit has not been cleaned.
I had a comfortable stay in this spacious and cozy place for about three months. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made my stay even more pleasant. I was especially grateful that they replaced the air conditioner with a new one right after I moved in. I actually wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately, I made the request too late and the unit was already booked by the next tenant—I was genuinely disappointed to miss out on extending. I am confident that this is by far the best-value duplex studio available for short-term rental in the area.

- Stayed here with my child for about two months due to a scheduling conflict with my move. The room condition is far from what one would expect of a "newly built" property. While the state of common areas might be unavoidable, the interior fixtures and furnishings are in need of renewal. - I was bothered by an unidentified odor (resembling body odor?) throughout my stay. Since using room spray didn't solve the problem, the wallpaper urgently needs replacing (I recommend the landlord visit the unit personally). - Located within the central commercial district of Wondang-dong, offering excellent access to dining and transportation.
Choosing this place was the best choice. There are many restaurants nearby, and it was a quiet and cozy place like home. I had a good time for 6 weeks. Highly recommended.
