The house has a clean white atmosphere, gets plenty of sunlight, and has good air quality, making it a very pleasant apartment. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the smaller room has a queen-size low-profile bed for children's safety, along with some small toys. The smaller room is a super single, and up to 5 adults can stay comfortably. We've paid a lot of attention to the beds and white cotton bedding for a comfortable sleep. The owner has lived here for 4 years, so we confidently open this accommodation.
It is a 15-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from the No. 40 bus stop. It is located in a position where you can go anywhere in Busan by public transportation, and there are various shops where you can enjoy the restaurants and fun of Haeridan-gil if you walk a little from the accommodation. You can walk to Haeundae Beach, Dongbaek Island, and LCT, and it is a school district with an elementary school and a municipal library right in front.
Our accommodation offers mountain views both front and back, giving you the feeling of being in a forest and allowing you to start your day with fresh air. For families with children, one room is safely decorated as a children's room, but it's also suitable for adults only. We've provided a small table and chairs in the living room and on the sofa for those who need a space to use a computer or study. For the hot summer, air conditioning has been installed in the living room, master bedroom, and small room. We have kitchenware including pots, pans, bowls, plates, and cutlery, and we provide children's tableware for their safety. A humidifier is provided, and there's also a dishwasher to free mothers from washing dishes. We have a washing machine, refrigerator, electric rice cooker, microwave, and induction cooktop. For ambiance, we've installed mood lighting and blackout curtains. Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, a hairdryer, and 8 towels are provided. Parking for one car is free. The owner has lived here for 4 years, so we confidently recommend this accommodation and will do our best to make your stay comfortable. Since sleep is an important part of travel, we provide comfortable beds and white cotton bedding.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
