This is a single room in a four-bedroom, 42-pyeong apartment, and it is safe and quiet above all else. Originally, it was a share house exclusively for female university students and office workers, with two rooms in use. The room size is ample, incomparably larger than goshiwon-sized rooms, and not at all stuffy. For breakfast, one day you'll have a full meal, and the next day you'll have a salad with eggs, coffee, and whole wheat bread. Fruit is also provided after every meal. Wi-Fi is available, bedding is provided, and an electric blanket is on the bed for a warm sleep. If you stay for more than two weeks, laundry service is also provided. It is a 10-minute walk from Wolgok Station on Line 6. If you get off at Wolgok Station and transfer to a bus, it will stop in front of the apartment. If you take a transfer bus from Mia Sageori Station on Line 4, it will stop in front of the apartment. There is a bus stop for the airport bus about 6 minutes away. If you transfer to the subway, you can go anywhere in Seoul without any problems.

E-Mart and Homeplus are 10 minutes away. It's a large apartment complex, so there's a Hanaro Mart in the shopping center, which also has many stores, including convenience stores, and plenty of food options. Odong Park is right behind it, so the air is good and it's quiet. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help.
If the included items are used excessively or if a costly problem occurs, additional management fees may be requested.
The breakfast was excellent and it's a comfortable place. I had to check out in the middle of my stay, but thank you for everything.
