It consists of one large room, one small room, and a kitchen. The large room is equipped with cable TV, internet, Wi-Fi, a sofa, a bed, a dining table, and an air conditioner. The small room has a folding mattress. The kitchen has basic supplies and a refrigerator. There is a recycling bin at the entrance.
3 minutes from Mapo Station on Subway Line 5 3 minutes from the bus station 5 minutes from Gongdeok Station on Lines 5 and 6 (Airport Railroad) It is a transportation hub, so you can go anywhere in a short time.
No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed.
Subway station, bus station, general restaurant, nail art, laundry, bakery, ice cream shop, optical shop, photo studio, mart, tteokbokki shop, coffee shop, hair salon, pharmacy, various hospitals, 24-hour restaurant, public parking lot (operated by the community center), and other places necessary for daily life are within a 1 to 3-minute walk from home.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. Being a rooftop unit, it can get a bit warm, but the air conditioner in the large room kept things very cool, and it was perfect for drying laundry. The location is also great for transportation.
