- Although it is a considerable distance from the subway, there are numerous bus terminals and stops right nearby, making it convenient to transfer to the subway. * Buses: Towards Seomyeon (83, 83-1, 108), Busan Station and Nampo-dong (41), Sasang Intercity Bus Terminal (62), Haeundae (38), etc.
- The move-in process is contactless; once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for move-in and facility use on the day of arrival.
- A surcharge of 100,000 KRW applies to rentals that include the date of the Gwangalli Fireworks Festival (Saturday, Nov. 7). - Please refrain from loud noise or excessive drinking and partying that may disturb the neighbors. - Recyclables must be washed clean and placed in a standard plastic bag, while general waste must be put in an official designated trash bag; please place them on the ground floor on the scheduled collection days. Failure to do so may result in a complaint from neighbors. - Smoking indoors, the use of fire hazards (e.g., candles), and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. - Please note that personal hygiene items, such as towels, are not provided for short-term rentals.
○ All utility charges are included in the management fee, except in the following cases: - Additional management fees may be charged for excessive use of included amenities (including soiled bedding, damaged furnishings, or left-behind trash).
The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated, giving it a cozy, home-like feel! The location was incredible—just a five-minute walk to the beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The landlady was extremely helpful and responsive, always making sure I was comfortable. She made sure any repairs or issues were addressed as quickly as possible, and she was always available to message if anything else came up. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
