It is a double station area, 5 minutes from Exit 3 of Dangsan Station on Line 2 and Line 9. The bus stop is also located 5 minutes away, making it convenient to travel to the airport, Hongdae, Gangnam, etc. National Museum of Korea is 13 minutes by car!

The high-rise Han River view alone will be enough to satisfy you 💜 Seonyudo Park is nearby, so you can enjoy walking along the Han River Park. It is near Dangsan Station's food alley, so you can explore restaurants. 📌 Pets and smoking are prohibited If caught, additional cleaning fees and compensation for damages will be charged. The view is fantastic. It is convenient to live here, as the subway station is close by and there are plenty of shops in the area.

I had a good stay. The view is the best. It's the best accommodation I've stayed in during my travels so far. Although the officetel is old, considering that, it's a double station area for subway lines 2 and 9, and it was convenient with restaurants, Hanaro Mart nearby, and Yangpyeong Costco accessible by village bus. I slept well because the bed mattress was good. Normally, I hardly heard any noise from the surroundings, but from 1-3 AM, it was a bit noisy, possibly due to motorcycle gangs. As someone sensitive to noise, I used silicone earplugs and it was fine. I liked that there was no noise between floors or from neighbors. One thing that was a bit inconvenient was that it was difficult to lean back when watching TV from bed because there was no headboard. The host was kind and everything I needed was there, so I had a good stay.
