Recently remodeled. I meticulously renovated it as if it were my own home. The living room window overlooks the entire sea horizon and Jungmun. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful night view of the fishing boats' lights on the sea. It's near Jungmun downtown. It's a 5-minute drive, and you can visit Saekdal Beach and all the amenities. There's a GS next to the house.

The accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from the Jungmun downtown bus stop. For those coming without a car, we'll pick you up at the bus stop on your first and last day.
Check-in is in person! I'll help you move your heavy luggage! Check-in and check-out times are fixed, but if there are no guests booked on the same day, I will consider your situation regardless of the time. Please use the room cleanly and with dignity, but if furniture or other items need repair due to an accident or mistake, I will have no choice but to charge you for the cost.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. This is a short-term rental, not a lodging establishment. Therefore, hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, body wash, toilet paper) and bedding (blankets and pillows) are not provided. Also, cleaning services (sheet changes, room cleaning, bathroom cleaning) are not provided during your stay. If you find it difficult to bring your own bedding, we may be able to rent it to you for a small fee, depending on the circumstances. Please keep the room as clean as possible. Never put toilet paper or foreign objects in the toilet. Please close all windows when you go out. Insects may enter, or rain may suddenly come in. Also, please make sure that the gas stove, air conditioner, and boiler are all turned off. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please smoke on the first-floor garden.
All utility bills are included in the management fee! If gas and electricity usage is excessive, you may be charged upon check-out! Gas is expensive in Jeju, so please do not use it excessively. ^^
