Check-in may be conducted in person or via a contactless process depending on the situation (please inquire via chat to coordinate the schedule). 1. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. 2. Please refrain from loud noise, parties, or activities that disturb neighbors (such as causing noise between floors); the contract may be terminated if complaints arise. 3. Business address registration and resident registration (moving-in report) are not permitted. 4. Upon check-out: please tidy up, wash dishes, and dispose of sorted trash at the designated recycling area on the 1st floor. 5. Living room & Bedroom: Queen-size bed, desk, sofa, TV, clothing care system (Styler), refrigerator, washing machine. 6. Kitchen: Dining table, tableware, cutlery, pots, microwave, induction cooktop, air fryer, water purifier, electric kettle, rice cooker, and various cooking utensils. 7. Bathroom: Bidet, hair dryer. 8. Convenient amenities nearby: 24-hour convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. 9. Security guard on duty on the 1st floor; CCTV installed throughout for safety. * Additional charges apply for excessive water, electricity, or gas usage (based on a comparison with the previous month's usage). * Additional cleaning fees will be charged if items or appliances are damaged or soiled, or if excessive trash is left behind upon check-out (please dispose of trash, perform basic cleaning/tidying, and return items to their original places).
All utility costs are included in the management fee. If the usage of included items is excessively high compared to the previous month, an additional management fee may be charged.
It was very clean and the environment was great. The view, in particular, was wonderful. I had a great stay.

The location is great and the space is very pleasant. In particular, the open view from the large window was nice because it wasn't stuffy. The surroundings were quiet, making it ideal for relaxation, and the bedding and tableware were kept clean, which was satisfying. I highly recommend it to those looking for accommodation near Magok or the airport.
