- It is 600 meters away from Geumjeong Station on Line 1 and Line 4. - Village buses and regular buses are available at the bus stop right in front of the building. - You can commute to Anyang IT Valley on foot. - If you need parking, please inquire in advance.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a check-in guide message. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. If caught, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - You must bring your own bedding, towels, and toiletries. - If you are unable to bring your own bedding, it can be rented. (Price inquiry)
- Compensation costs will be incurred in the event of damage or contamination. - It is cleaned so that you can use it immediately after moving in.
