This is a newly opened accommodation. It is a fully furnished studio apartment. Perfect for those visiting St. Vincent's Hospital for training, business trips, or travel! Come and make yourself at home. ^^ The air conditioner and front-loading washing machine have recently been replaced! (Features a double/queen-size bed with safety rails and a premium mattress) Free access to OTT streaming services is included. - Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and TV. - You can watch Netflix and YouTube using the ceiling-mounted projector.
- It is a 5-minute walk to St. Vincent's Hospital. - It is 10 minutes away from Suwon Station. - Jidong Market is located nearby (a 3-minute walk). - There are many transportation options from the officetel to Suwon Haenggung and Suwon Hwaseong Fortress.
🚪 Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM 🌸 Both check-in and check-out are contactless. 🧏♂️ Occupancy is based on 2 adults (no additional guests allowed). 🌷 Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions via text message. 😊 For short-term rentals, please bring personal hygiene items (such as a toothbrush); you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing during your stay. 💐 Please dispose of your trash at the designated recycling area on the 1st floor. 🚭 Strictly no smoking (this is a non-smoking building; smoking is permitted only in the designated area on the 1st floor).
- GS25 and 7-Eleven convenience stores, as well as various restaurants, are located nearby. - St. Vincent's Hospital is a 5-minute walk away, and the Ingye-dong "Box" restaurant district is within a 10-minute drive. - Suwon Station, Jidong Market, Suwon Chicken Street, and other popular eateries are located close by. - Due to the nature of the building, soundproofing is limited; please be mindful of noise and observe proper etiquette regarding neighbors. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the building. (A cleaning fee of 150,000–300,000 KRW may be charged if indoor smoking is detected.) - Additional charges will apply upon checkout if there is excessive electricity usage. (Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights when leaving the room.)
Please note that if the included utilities/services are used excessively—exceeding 45,000 KRW per week—we may request an additional service fee; we would appreciate your cooperation in using them economically. (Based on 2 occupants)
The bed was comfortable, the closet was spacious, and the window was large and could be opened. The bathroom was clean, and the location was excellent for daily living—it was a very convenient place to stay!
