- Check-in is contactless. - A bed is provided with a waterproof mattress cover, but you must bring your own pillows and bedding. - Kitchenware, dishes, dish soap, a hair dryer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a drying rack, one roll of toilet paper, a standard waste bag (one per two weeks), and a vacuum cleaner are provided. - You must personally provide daily necessities and toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). - Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.
- Nearby amenities include landmarks, tourist attractions, government offices, universities, hospitals, supermarkets, and convenience stores. - Compensation costs will be charged for any damage to or contamination of property. - Trash must be sorted and disposed of at the designated area (behind the security office at the apartment entrance). - Additional fees may apply if trash disposal or cleaning is inadequate.
- All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. - The rate is based on single occupancy; an additional maintenance fee of 10,000 KRW applies for each additional person.
It was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay without any issues.
