Located in Yeon-dong, the center of Jeju City, it is suitable as a midpoint for traveling east and west. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and since it is the neighborhood with the most buses passing through Jeju City, guests who are traveling for a month or commuting will not have any inconvenience with transportation. There is no separate parking lot, so customers using a car should use roadside parking or public parking lots.

This is a share house in a regular home. There are a total of 3 rooms, so it is operated with a small number of residents, ensuring privacy and no inconvenience in using the common areas. A bed, desk, chair, and hanger are provided as standard. Towels and personal hygiene items must be brought by each resident. Bedding is provided.
Winter gas bills are calculated by dividing the total bill by the number of tenants and are charged at the end of each month! The management fee includes various taxes, provision of supplies, water purifier, and internet usage fees.

However, if you are a SK Telecom user, your phone may not work at home, and the boiler controller for showering is located in another person's room, so you have to operate it every time, which is inconvenient. Since the room is in the basement, there is no sunlight, so you lose track of time. There are no other inconveniences.
