Based on my experience staying at this short-term rental in the Munjeong officetel complex, the location isn't quite as central as the area right around Munjeong Station. A plus is that you can get around via underground passages without getting wet in the rain, though it is a bit of a walk to the station itself. It is conveniently close to the airport bus stop, however. Cleanliness and facilities are average; the cleaning seems limited to easily accessible areas. Basic amenities like towels and soap are provided, but you need to bring other necessities yourself. Unless the specific duration of the stay or the price offered a significant advantage, I would prioritize staying closer to Munjeong Station over this location.
It's a super convenient location, close to public transport, restaurants, and a local park. The host is very responsive. I highly recommend this place!
