🏡 This is a luxury officetel of the I-Park brand. 🪞 It has a luxurious queen bed, so it is comfortable for 2 people. 🍽 It is a fully-equipped room with cooking utensils. 🍔 There is a CGV movie theater, convenience store, and laundry room on the 3rd floor. 🏀 Free use of the gym on the 3rd floor. 👚 There are restaurants (some) on the 1st basement floor and a sauna on the 2nd basement floor. 🫕 It is next to Pyeongtaek Samsung Electronics Semiconductor.
🦊 SRT Jije Station is nearby, making transportation convenient. 🐮 There is a bus stop in front.
🛖 Check-in is contactless (The common entrance and unit password will be provided on the day of your check-in) ⚽️ Check-in is at 4 PM (It may be slightly later if there is a check-out on the same day) ⚾️ Check-out is at 11 AM
🏠 Moving-in registration is not possible. 🐶 Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (If the above rules are violated, additional costs for a professional cleaning company will be charged.)
⌛️All utility bills are included in the management fee. 🛑If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. 🚙Parking fees are included in the management fee.
