- Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM (Time can be negotiated depending on reservation status) - Maximum occupancy: 4 people - No smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes (Special cleaning fees will be charged for smoking). - Compensation will be charged for damage to basic options and facilities. - No late-night parties, loud noises, or inter-floor noise. - On the day of check-in, we will send you the accommodation usage manual, including the door lock password and Wi-Fi password.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
