It is fully equipped with an elevator, CCTV, and parking, ensuring safety. Recently, it has been newly renovated in a cozy style, making it a more comfortable and refreshing retreat than your own home. Located on the top floor, it boasts a higher ceiling than standard officetels, creating a pleasant and airy space without feeling stuffy. It is conveniently located near the elevator and in a pleasant building with excellent natural light.

I've had a great experience using this.
[Outdated facilities different from photos and additional charges after check-out] I am leaving this review based only on my experience for the objective judgment of future guests. 1. Facilities different from photos and severe cigarette smell I booked this place after seeing the introduction photos of a "sensory accommodation," but as soon as I opened the door, it felt like an old motel-style officetel. For several days after moving in, there was a strong ammonia smell from the basement and first floor, and a persistent cigarette smell from the bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine area, which was very disappointing. 2. Poor hygiene of bedding There were four pillows and a comforter provided, but they had an old, musty smell that made it impossible to sleep with them. In the end, I put all the provided bedding in the closet and bought new comforters and pillows from Coupang with my own money to sleep with. 3. Unilateral charge for everyday mess After check-out, I was charged an additional 50,000 won for a broken vacuum cleaner charging cable and for the level of cleaning required due to everyday mess. I had already completed floor cleaning, recycling, kitchen food waste disposal, and bathroom tidying upon check-out, but I was still charged for cleaning because there were sauce stains inside the refrigerator and traces of soup inside the microwave. Therefore, I recommend that only those who can perfectly clean up even everyday mess should use this place. I am very sorry to have to leave such a review. Please keep this in mind when booking.
It's a week-long stay, so why is the check-out day Sunday?
