Yeonsinnae Station Exit 3 - A dedicated bike path is available from Yeonsinnae Station along Bulgwangcheon to the Han River.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The subway station was very close, and the surrounding amenities were great. I had a pleasant stay in a clean room.

The location is very convenient. It is exactly like the photos. The room is also very clean. It was great with no inconveniences. The air conditioner works well even during the really hot weather. It is the best in every aspect.
