-The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited. -Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop or outside on the first floor. -The host is not responsible for any fines incurred due to smoking or for any disadvantages if the sprinkler system is activated. -Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM as this is a residential area. -Pets are not allowed in the building. Residents may report any violations, so pets are not permitted. -Please feel free to ask the host for assistance with any questions you may have during your stay. I will do my best to be a host who helps you have a comfortable space.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out.
Everything is fully equipped, so you can move in with just your personal belongings. The room is clean, and having a terrace is a great plus. The host is also very kind, and I highly recommend this place for a short-term stay.
