- The entire building is a non-smoking zone; smoking is strictly prohibited. - Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop or outside the first-floor entrance. - The host is not liable for any fines or penalties (such as those resulting from sprinkler activation) caused by smoking. - As this is a residential building, please refrain from making noise after 10 PM. - Pets are not allowed in the building; bringing pets is prohibited to avoid potential complaints from residents. - Please feel free to contact the host at any time if you have any questions during your stay. My son had a comfortable stay for two and a half months. The location was great with plenty of nearby amenities, and the host was kind and easy to communicate with.
Everything is fully equipped, so you can move in with just your personal belongings. The room is clean, and having a terrace is a great plus. The host is also very kind, and I highly recommend this place for a short-term stay.
