- Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal is a 5-minute walk away. (Not the express bus) - Deungdae Beach is a 10-minute walk away. - Yeongrangho Lake is a 5-minute walk away. - Seorak Mountain Sogongwon is a 20-minute drive away. *Why Sokcho?: It has the sea + mountains (Seorak Mountain) + and hot springs. (This is why you should come to Sokcho.)
- Check-in is contactless. - We will inform you of the usage guide and precautions before check-in. - We will send you the door lock password on the day of check-in. - Please keep the place clean and let us know by text message when you check out. - When you check out, please make sure to turn off the main power switch at the top of the door. - Please check out in the morning on the day of check-out if possible. *Pets are not allowed.
- Rocking chairs are provided. - Towels (face, bath), blankets, toothbrushes, and other personal hygiene items are not provided. (In unavoidable situations, personal blankets can be rented.) - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - Food waste goes into the collection bin on the 1st floor, recyclables into the recycling bin, and general waste into the general waste bin (bags are provided). - CCTV is installed on each floor for thorough security. - There are 4 elevators at the main entrance and 1 next to the emergency stairs, for a total of 5, ensuring comfortable use. - Waste separation can be done on the 1st floor (next to the outdoor parking lot) regardless of the day, and we ask for your cooperation in keeping it clean and tidy. - Upon check-out, please ensure that all power buttons above the entrance door are turned off. - Floor heating and hot water are available using an electric boiler. - Pots, frying pans, and other items (cups, spoons, plates) are provided. - For your convenience, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store, a billiard room, and a laundry room (not coin-operated) on the B1F. - As this is a multi-unit residential building, noise complaints may result in eviction, so we ask for your cooperation.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - There is no gas; only electricity (floor heating, instant water heater) is used. - Internet can be used without additional cost. - Excessive electricity usage may incur additional charges. - You are responsible for compensation if items are damaged.
