- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. - For personal hygiene reasons, toiletries, bedding, and tableware are not provided. - Due to the nature of the officetel, it is quiet and vulnerable to noise between floors. If you are staying with a child and noise complaints between floors persist, we may have to ask you to leave. Please understand that there will be no refund for early departure.
- Available immediately after being cleaned. (Cleanliness is a priority) - Compensation for damages will be charged if damage or contamination is found. - Electricity bill charged separately - There is a bakery cafe on the 1st floor, and a self-service laundry room in the next building.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed between the 3rd and 5th of the following month. If items included in the management fee are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.
