Violating this rule may also result in the aforementioned charges.
Aileen's Garden is the most recently built apartment in Yeongdo. It is recommended for long-term guests due to features such as room elevator call, double gas shut-off, room-wide and partial lighting control, and individual control of the master bedroom and boiler. It is equipped with the latest hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, hanger, wardrobe, and vacuum cleaner. There is a GS25 convenience store right on the first floor of the building. Additionally, nearby attractions include pleasant walking spots, tourist destinations, historical sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, supermarkets, and Daiso. Please note that any damage or contamination to the property will incur compensation costs.
Parking is free for one week. For longer periods, you must pay the host an additional 7,000 won per day.🙇♀️ All utility fees for the rooms are included in the management fee. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
