I didn't realize it was a fourth-floor unit with no elevator; it would be helpful for patients and their guardians if the floor number were clearly stated. The facilities are showing their age, and I was flustered when the air conditioner and washing machine stopped working during my stay. The room was cramped for two people, though I was grateful to have found a place quickly to complete the treatment. You get what you pay for—unless you're in a rush, I’d recommend taking your time to look at other options.

You really should check the details more carefully before booking. I am planning to replace the air conditioner. Regarding the washing machine—as I explained when you called and I sent you the manual—the issue occurred because the door was opened immediately after the wash cycle; it worked fine after that, didn't it? It is a single room, but there is a 10,000 won surcharge for an additional person. As you saw before booking... No matter where I look, I can't find a room this affordable. The previous tenant wanted to extend their stay, but... I am sorry and regretful that you seem to have experienced so much inconvenience. That's just how the world works... You get what you pay for, I suppose. I have sent the shoes and the rubber boots via courier, as you requested.
