The distance from the apartment in front is sufficient, so it is not blocked and the view is good. - The master bedroom is quite large and spacious. It is equipped with a king-size bed, a large TV, and an air conditioner. There is also a desk. - The small room has a single bed and a desk.
It is about a 10-15 minute bus ride from Jungang Station (Ansan City) on Subway Line 4. It is a 20-minute walk. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

Seoul Institute of the Arts is nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. It is convenient for students to rent for a short term of 6 months. It is suitable for newlyweds to live temporarily. Right behind the apartment, there is a mountain about 100 meters high where you can hike and exercise. There are also exercise facilities on the mountain. About a 10-minute walk away is Gwangdeok Mountain, which is about 200 meters high, so it takes about an hour to go to the top of the mountain, which is very nice.

It’s quiet and the air is fresh. Being right next to a large park made it great for walks, and the direct bus to Yeouido made commuting convenient. I really enjoyed my stay.
