Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. As this is a detached house, there is more privacy regarding noise, but excessive loud noise or shouting is prohibited. If you wish to bring a pet, you must notify us in advance and discuss it with us. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Goyang Starfield, E-Mart Traders, and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, making grocery shopping very easy. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM; detailed move-in instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Equipped with a refrigerator, front-load washing machine, ceiling-mounted air conditioner, 55-inch TV with set-top box, Dyson vacuum cleaner, JMW hair dryer, 500Mbps Wi-Fi, Siemens induction cooktop, Miele dishwasher, and oven-microwave combo, ensuring a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. Includes one bathroom (with a large bathtub and shower booth) and one separate toilet. Furnished with two queen-size beds and one queen-size bed topper. Interior decor items and plants may differ from the photos. Most interior decor items are high-end products. Compensation charges will apply in the event of loss, damage, or staining.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. (Limits: Electricity 20,000 KRW, Water 20,000 KRW, Internet & TV 10,000 KRW, Gas 50,000 KRW) If usage exceeds the set limits, the tenant is responsible for the additional costs.

Hiery was incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet is extremely close to Goyang Starfield Mall, which offers fantastic shopping, a great food court, and plenty of activities for kids. "I Like Mountain" is another great coffee shop nearby. The house features excellent water pressure in the showers, and all the appliances work perfectly. Parking is also very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Goyang who wants to escape the noise of the city.
