✔ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you check-in and usage information. ✔ Check-in is contactless. ✔ We will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times. ✔ If you wish to extend your contract, please contact us by phone. ✔ As this is a rental, blankets, disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.), and bottled water are not provided. - A large Daiso is a 5-minute walk away. ✔ No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets, no noise (to avoid complaints).
✔️ Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. ✔️ If smoking or pets are found, additional cleaning and disinfection fees will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000-400,000 KRW) ✔️ If the number of occupants differs from the registered number, as confirmed by CCTV, you will be immediately evicted without a refund and the customer service center will be contacted. ✔️ Please note that flushing wet wipes or foreign objects down the toilet or drain may cause backflow, resulting in charges for damages and leak detection.
- On the day of departure, if the amount is excessive, we may request 50% of the electricity and heating costs. - Please take care of other people's belongings.
