- You can buy ingredients directly from the market and cook your own meals. - It's great for buying fresh sashimi and enjoying it at home. (Save on table setting and soju costs) - The sports field is nearby, so you can go for a morning walk, play soccer, or basketball. - Doksan Park (20 minutes away) and Doksan Park Street (10 minutes away) are close by, so you can enjoy a walk while breathing in the fresh air. - Joongang Hospital is 2 minutes away. - There are many delicious restaurants nearby. - The "Street of Youth" area has many restaurants open until 3 AM. - There are many places available for use in the early morning and late evening (convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, billiards halls, karaoke rooms, etc.). - There are five-day markets in Gohyeon-dong (5th, 10th) and Geoje-myeon (4th, 9th). - Trash bags are provided as a basic amenity. - Recyclable waste (bottles, cans, plastic, paper) can be disposed of at the recycling separation area near the officetel entrance. - Food waste bags are not provided. Please put food waste in a black bag or container and dispose of it in the food waste bin next to the recycling separation area.
- Management and cleaning fees are 0 won. - Other places charge 100,000 won or more for management and cleaning fees. - Electricity, gas, and water usage will be checked on a weekly basis. - If you use excessive amounts of electricity, gas, or water, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. There is also a convenience store right next door. 3. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, so it is clean. The inside of the bathroom is also spacious. 4. It is highly recommended for the price.
