Our accommodation is a 7-minute walk from Gurae Station. It is a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a laundromat, convenience store, restaurants, and amenities nearby. It is the best full-option officetel for your stay. It is a duplex with high ceilings, so it is not stuffy and has plenty of storage space. It is south-facing, so it is warm. Parking is free (vehicle registration in progress) and mandatory. You can park after registering at the management office on the first basement floor.
It is a 7-minute walk from Gurae Station. It is a main road that is convenient for traveling to Incheon, Paju, Ganghwa, Daegot, and Tongjin.
Our accommodation operates on a self-check-in basis. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a guide via text message on the day of your arrival. There is one queen bed on the first floor and one single bed on the second floor. For stays with more than two people, an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person per day will apply. You can check in after receiving the text message. Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Times are negotiable depending on guest availability. Please make yourself at home during your stay!
- Items in the room can be used freely. - You must compensate for any damage or deformation to electronic products. - Please prepare your own personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels. - In case of contamination of bedding or sofas, you may be charged for cleaning or product costs. - Smoking is strictly prohibited due to the nature of the officetel! Pets, loud noises, and event-based parties are strictly prohibited. - Pay-as-you-throw garbage bags are not provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee.
I had a nice, relaxing stay. It was clean and great. It seems like someone in another unit was smoking in the bathroom; there was a smell coming from there.
It was warm and got plenty of sunlight, so I was able to rest comfortably. I plan to visit again in early November.
