Naksan Park walking trail is nearby, so it's great for taking a walk. ^^ Someone who can manage the house lives nearby, so if you need anything, we can take care of it quickly. ^^ There is a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer, and there is plenty of storage space. ^^ There are 2 rooms. ^^
The management fee includes common electricity, water, elevator, food waste disposal, TV reception fees, etc. ^^ All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The space was spacious and pleasant, making it a good place to stay, but the cleanliness was disappointing.
